S2O works in partnership with Recreation Engineering and Planning to create dramatic in-stream whitewater parks. These parks are created in inner-cities, like the Reno, Vail, and Breckenridge parks, below dams, like the Pueblo, San Marcos and, again, Reno parks, or, as separate trail, river trail, and river corridor restoration projects. S2O and REP also share office space and staff making all of S2O's designers available to in-stream projects as well as super parks!
